Who is Popo?
Humberto Rodriguez was called home to be with our Lord on Friday, December 11, 2020, after fulfilling his lifelong dedication to God, his family, and his country. He was proud to be a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a friend to all, and most importantly he was Popo to 22 grandchildren . His genuine smile, charismatic character, and energy is was brought Popo's Food Truck to life! To carry on Popo's legacy of bringing joy to the community, it is our mission to bring you a taco, with a smile.
